Shaoxing Shangyu Ventilator Co., Ltd., formerly known as Shangyu Ventilator Factory, is a state-owned veteran enterprise restructuring, generally referred to as Zhejiang Shangyu Ventilator in the market, the company was founded in 1988, is a professional design, production and sales of various types of advanced civil buildings and industrial and mining enterprises fire-fighting, ventilation, refrigeration equipment of science and technology backbone enterprises. 

The industry belongs to Zhejiang Provincial Machinery Department, the National Industrial Product Production License Enterprise, the National Industrial Product Explosion-proof Production License Enterprise, the National Explosion-proof Electrical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center Explosion-proof Ventilator Certificate Enterprise, and in 2020 obtained the explosion-proof 3C certificate, member of the National Ventilator Standardization Technical Committee, member of the China General Machinery Ventilator Industry Association, included in the China Standardization Design Institute's Ventilation Specification, the national Drafting unit of national standards such as "Technical Conditions for Explosion-proof Ventilators" and "Explosion-proof Roof Ventilators".
The company has built a new modern standard workshop, total area of 50,000 ㎡, including a construction area of 38,000 ㎡, with more than 160 employees and 30 technicians.
