Overview

The Explosion-proof mixed-flow ventilator are listed in the national "Spark" plan project. Developed jointly by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, they are energy-saving ventilation equipment promoted for production.

Aiming at the common mismatch in ventilation and air conditioning systems—where fan pressure is too high but flow rate insufficient, or flow rate too large but pressure inadequate—this series optimizes system matching to enhance energy efficiency. It is a new-type product suitable for pipeline pressurization systems among current ventilators.

Applications

Widely used in ventilation and air conditioning systems of industrial and civil buildings, especially for pipeline pressurization and air supply.

Explosion-proof mixed-flow ventilator-I type can replace high-pressure axial fans.

Explosion-proof mixed-flow ventilator-II type is a dual-speed fan for dual-purpose use.

Explosion-proof mixed-flow ventilator-III type can replace medium-high pressure centrifugal fans.

Structure and Features

Basic structure: Inlet and outlet on the same axis (axial flow structure), with a conical hub and blades of unequal width along the flow direction.

Casing types: Straight cylinder, drum shape, or with arc-shaped silencer at the inlet.

Based on the principle of meridional acceleration of airflow, the fan integrates dual characteristics of centrifugal and axial flow—offering both high pressure and large flow rate, along with advantages of high efficiency, low noise, and a wide high-efficiency zone.

Features compact structure, light weight, convenient installation, and small floor space.

Installation and Operation

Can be installed horizontally, vertically, or on ceilings.

Suitable for air extraction, air supply, and pipeline pressurization.
