DWT-I Axial Flow Roof Ventilator

Suitability: Designed for low-pressure, high-flow applications. It can also be configured as a bidirectional reversible model upon request, offering equivalent performance in both forward and reverse operations.

High Efficiency & Low Noise: Optimized through advanced CAD software with multi-objective design algorithms. The DWT-I series (sizes 1200mm, 1400mm, 1500mm, 1600mm, 2000mm, and 2400mm) utilizes variable speeds, blade angles, and airfoil profiles to match specific system requirements, ensuring energy efficiency and noise reduction.

Lightweight, High Strength, & Corrosion Resistance:

Impellers are available in multiple materials: ABS (engineering plastic), FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic), or aluminum alloy.

For high-pressure centrifugal models with higher rotational speeds, impellers undergo specialized galvanization and powder coating treatments to enhance corrosion resistance while reducing overall weight.

Smooth Operation & Longevity:

Features low rotational inertia and high-precision dynamic balancing for stable, vibration-free operation.

Manufactured to internal quality standards exceeding industry benchmarks, ensuring prolonged service life and reliability.

Wide Application Scope:

Available in explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant configurations.

Aesthetic Design:

The wind cap is constructed from FRP with an imported gel-coat resin finish, offering smooth curves, durability, and visual appeal.

Alternatively, steel wind caps with galvanized and PVC powder-coated surfaces are available upon request.

Operating Conditions:

Medium temperature ≤ 60°C.

Medium should contain no excessive viscous substances and ≤ 100mg/m³ dust concentration.

For high-temperature applications, our fire-rated high-temperature smoke exhaust models are available in roof-mounted configurations.
