Product Overview

The T35-11 series axial fans are new-type fans improved and designed on the basis of the 30-11 model in the 1980s in China. Compared with the 30-11 fans, they have obvious advantages: ① More reasonable structure: The hub is cylindrical, reducing flow loss, and the blade root has high strength; ② Greatly improved performance: The total pressure efficiency is 89.5%, and the noise (A-weighted sound level) is reduced by 3.6dB(A).

This series of fans is suitable for conveying gases that are non-explosive, non-corrosive, and free of significant dust. The ambient temperature shall not exceed 60°C. They are widely used for ventilation or strong heating and heat dissipation in general factories, warehouses, offices, and residences. They can also be installed in series at intervals in long exhaust ducts to increase the pressure in the ducts. When the casing is removed, they can be used as free fans.

The anti-corrosion axial fans (FT35-11 type) are made of anti-corrosion material FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic), and the motors use special anti-corrosion motors, which are used for conveying corrosive gases to prevent sparks. They can also be produced into explosion-proof fans (using flameproof motors) according to user requirements. The performance parameters and appearance of FT35-11 and BT35-11 fans are the same as those of T35-11 fans.
