Product Overview
The HTFC (DT) series low-noise fire-fighting (dual-purpose) cabinet centrifugal fan unit is a high-efficiency and low-noise box-type centrifugal fan developed by Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The product is composed of a low-noise forward-curved multi-blade centrifugal fan, motor bearings, transmission components, and a soundproof casing. According to different installation positions, 12 different angles of air inlet and outlet positions are provided to meet the needs of users in different installation environments. According to different requirements for fire-fighting and ventilation, it is divided into two types: Type A and Type B. The motor of Type A is installed outside the casing for fire smoke exhaust, and it has undergone high-temperature resistance tests in accordance with GA211-2009 Test Method for High-temperature Resistance of Fire Smoke Exhaust Fans by the National Fire Equipment Supervision and Quality Inspection Center, capable of continuous operation for more than 60 minutes under high-temperature conditions of 300°C. The motor of Type B is installed inside the casing for ventilation and air exchange.
The fans are divided into twelve specifications by diameter from 9 to 36. The series air volume ranges from 1650 to 85000 m³/h, and the total pressure is 180 to 1000 Pa. After continuous improvement and development, the HTFC cabinet centrifugal fans can now be divided into four types: I, II, III, and IV. Among them, Types I and III are single-speed, while Types II and IV are dual-speed, equipped with dual-speed motors to achieve two-speed adjustment, meeting users' needs for performance adjustment at different working conditions. The fans can also be equipped with frequency conversion motors and frequency conversion controllers to achieve variable frequency speed regulation. It is recommended to lock the adjustment frequency between 25HZ and 50HZ.
To adapt to explosion-proof environments, the fans can be made into explosion-proof fans with an explosion-proof grade of EXd II BT4, suitable for places with flammable and explosive gases.
To meet the requirements of different places, the fans can be equipped with silencers of different lengths, or the soundproof casing of the fans can be thickened to reduce fan noise.
The fans can be additionally equipped with primary, medium, or high-efficiency filters to improve air cleanliness. When configuring filters, the actual pressure loss should be considered, and the length of the fan casing needs to be appropriately increased.
