Product Overview

The PYHL-14A series high-temperature smoke exhaust low-noise energy-saving mixed-flow ventilator is a new type of fan between axial-flow and centrifugal fans. It has the high pressure of centrifugal fans, the large flow of axial-flow fans, and the characteristics of high efficiency, good energy saving, low noise, and convenient installation. This series of ventilators has a new design, compact structure, small volume, light weight, and easy installation. Compared with the old model centrifugal fans, it can save 20% of electricity. When the rotation speed is less than 2000r/min, the noise is lower than 75dB(A). When the fan is connected to the pipeline and installed in the air conditioning box, the noise is less than 70dB(A). It can replace the medium and low pressure centrifugal fans below 200Pa, and is widely used in industrial and civil building ventilation and dust removal, etc. The PYHL-14A series fans are derivative products of the HTF series. The air inlet end of the fan is equipped with a collector silencer. The product can operate normally for 1 hour in an ambient temperature of about 300℃, and can both ventilate and exhaust high-temperature smoke. It is suitable for fire-fighting supporting facilities such as underground tunnels, underground shopping malls, and underground garages.

I. Structural Features

The fan is mainly composed of components such as impeller, casing, inlet collector, guide vanes, and motor. The impeller adopts twisted flat plates with the characteristics of meridian acceleration welded on the hub. After dynamic balance verification and overspeed test, it has good aerodynamic performance. The casing is cylindrical and connected with the silencer function collector into a whole. The outlet is equipped with guide vanes, which has good air distribution and stable pressure. The PYHL-14A fan is designed with secondary air inlet, which is beneficial to reducing the ambient temperature of the motor.

II. Applications

The PYHL-14A series high-temperature smoke exhaust mixed-flow ventilators are widely used in ventilation and fire-fighting high-temperature smoke exhaust in underground tunnels, underground garages, high-end civil buildings, metallurgy, factories and mines and other places. The working temperature of the HTF (PYHL-14A) series fans is 300℃. The gas is not allowed to contain viscous substances, and the dust and hard particles contained are not more than 150mg/m³. Explosion-proof mixed-flow fans can be selected for special environments.
