Product Overview

The HL3-2A series low-noise energy-saving mixed-flow ventilators are a new type of fan between axial-flow and centrifugal fans. It has the high pressure of centrifugal fans, the large flow of axial-flow fans, and the characteristics of high efficiency, good energy saving, low noise, and convenient installation. The ventilators of this series are newly designed, compact in structure, small in size, light in weight, and easy to install. Compared with the old model centrifugal fans, they can save 20% of electricity. When the rotational speed is less than 2000r/min, the noise is lower than 75dB(A). When the fan is connected to the pipeline and installed in the air conditioning box, the noise is less than 70dB(A). It can replace medium and low pressure centrifugal fans below 200Pa, and is widely used in ventilation and dust removal of industrial and civil buildings.

I. Structural Features

The fan is mainly composed of components such as impeller, casing, inlet collector, guide vanes, and motor. The impeller adopts twisted flat plates with the characteristics of meridian acceleration welded on the hub. After dynamic balance verification and overspeed testing, it has good aerodynamic performance. The casing is cylindrical and connected to the sound-absorbing collector as a whole. The outlet is equipped with guide vanes, which have good air distribution and stable pressure.

II. Applications

The HL3-2A series mixed-flow ventilators are widely used for ventilation and fire high-temperature smoke exhaust in underground tunnels, underground garages, high-end civil buildings, metallurgy, factories and mines, etc. The temperature of the gas transported by the HL3-2A series fans shall not exceed 80℃. The gas is not allowed to contain viscous substances, and the dust and hard particles contained shall not be more than 150mg/m³. Explosion-proof mixed-flow fans can be selected for special environments.
