Product Overview


1. The HTF(GYF) series fire-fighting high-temperature smoke exhaust axial flow ventilators are jointly developed by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Shangyu Ventilator Co., Ltd., featuring excellent performance, good high-temperature resistance, high efficiency, less floor space than centrifugal fans, and convenient installation.


2. The HTF(GYF) series fire-fighting high-temperature smoke exhaust axial flow ventilators have passed the inspection of the National Fixed Fire Extinguishing System and Fire-resistant Components Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, with their performance reaching the domestic leading level. They are recognized by fire departments in more than 30 provinces and cities across the country. The fans are best-selling in all provinces (cities), autonomous regions, and exported to international markets.


3. Excellent high-temperature resistance: The fan testing complies with the requirements of GB/T13274-91 Technical Conditions for Axial Flow Ventilators for General Purposes and GA211-2009 Test Methods for High-temperature Resistance of Fire Smoke Exhaust Fans. With a unique design, the fan has a built-in high-temperature resistant motor and a motor cooling system, capable of continuous operation for more than 100 minutes at 300℃ and 20 hours per cycle at 100℃ without damage. It is widely used in high-rise civil buildings, underground garages, tunnels, subways, and other 场合 (occasions).


4. Wide range of applications: According to the different requirements of high-level civil buildings, variable speed or multi-speed drive forms can be adopted to achieve the purpose of one machine for two uses (i.e., general ventilation and fire-fighting high-temperature smoke exhaust). The blade types are divided into axial flow smoke exhaust types HTF(GYF)-I, II, D1, D2 and mixed flow smoke exhaust types HTF(GYF)-III, IV, and can also be made into roof-mounted or soundproof types.


5. High efficiency: This series of fans is a new product developed through multi-objective optimized design using advanced CAD software. 实测 (Actual measurements) show that the fan efficiency is greater than 80%, and some large models are greater than 85%, with a flat efficiency curve, which is conducive to energy saving.


6. Convenient installation and less floor space than centrifugal fans: The basic forms of the fan are axial flow fans or mixed flow fans, which can be directly connected to air ducts or wall-mounted. The installation forms can be vertical or horizontal, greatly saving floor space.
