Product Overview

I. Overview

The HTFC-V type cabinet centrifugal fan unit is a box-shaped centrifugal fan with backward-inclined blades. The product is composed of a low-noise backward-inclined blade centrifugal fan, motor, bearings, transmission components, soundproof casing, etc. According to different installation positions, 12 different angles of air inlet and outlet are provided to meet the needs of users in different installation environments. According to different requirements for fire-fighting and ventilation, it is divided into two types: Type A and Type B. The motor of Type A is installed outside the casing for fire smoke exhaust, and has undergone high-temperature resistance tests in accordance with GA211-2009 Test Method for High-temperature Resistance of Fire Smoke Exhaust Fans by the National Fire Equipment Supervision and Quality Inspection Center, capable of continuous operation for more than 60 minutes under high-temperature conditions of 300°C. The motor of Type B is installed inside the casing for ventilation and air exchange.

The fans are divided into seventeen specifications by diameter from 250mm to 1600mm. The series air volume ranges from 1000 to 300,000 m³/h, and the total pressure is 280 to 2300 Pa. The fans are divided into single-speed and dual-speed types. Dual-speed fans are equipped with dual-speed motors to achieve two-speed adjustment, meeting users' needs for performance adjustment at different working conditions. The fans can also be equipped with frequency conversion motors and frequency conversion controllers to achieve variable frequency speed regulation, with the recommended adjustment frequency locked between 25Hz and 50Hz.

To adapt to explosion-proof environments, the fans can be made into explosion-proof fans with an explosion-proof grade of EXd II BT4, suitable for places with flammable and explosive gases.

To meet the noise requirements of different places, the fans can be equipped with silencers of different lengths, or the soundproof casing of the fans can be thickened to reduce fan noise.

The fans can be equipped with primary, medium, or high-efficiency filters to improve air cleanliness. When configuring filters, the actual pressure loss should be considered, and the length of the fan casing needs to be appropriately increased.

II. Applications

The fans can be widely used for ventilation and smoke exhaust in hotels, restaurants, auditoriums, theaters, basements, industrial and mining enterprises, office buildings, etc., and are particularly suitable for places requiring low-noise and large-air-volume ventilation and smoke exhaust.

III. Processing Technology

The fan impeller and casing are made of high-quality steel plates, produced by all molds and formed by welding. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, with a balance accuracy of not more than Grade 5.6.

The soundproof casing of the fan adopts a frame and panel assembly design. The frame is formed by one-time stretching with an advanced metal cold bending unit (aluminum alloy materials can also be used according to user needs). The panels are color-coated plates, with a clean and beautiful surface and strong corrosion resistance. The inner layer is a high-quality galvanized soundproof micro-perforated plate, and the interlayer is ultra-fine glass wool, which can further reduce noise. The product can be disassembled on site.
